A Partner 18D has twenty buttons. Are they all programable? I have always had a trouble programming buttons GG, HH, II and JJ. Are they programable?

Yes it will be with an ACS. In the Partner II book it shows them available but they are grayed out. I'm not sure what that means.

the top row of buttons is only useable with ACS, the partner II had the MLS phones and they didn't have that top row of buttons so the software in those processors can't handle it, you can use these buttons for any function you don't need a light indicator for only on the ACS
