I am setting up a demo for a 3905 to replace the cuurent m2616 that our call center uses. They also use wireless plantronics headsets CS50. Will this be compatible? I checkd the plantronic web site to check compatibility for the m2616 and the 3905 and it says not compatible, but we are using it now with our m2616's. Also, when pressing the supervisor button to call the supervisor, does it use the assigned supervisor queue number or does it bypass the queue? And when the supervisor button is pressed does it automatically put the customer on hold? And do calls ..say from a supervisor to agent, will it display the queue name like it does now on the m2616?
