programming an m3905 acd set 2

I am setting up a demo for a 3905 to replace the cuurent m2616 that our call center uses. They also use wireless plantronics headsets CS50. Will this be compatible? I checkd the plantronic web site to check compatibility for the m2616 and the 3905 and it says not compatible, but we are using it now with our m2616's. Also, when pressing the supervisor button to call the supervisor, does it use the assigned supervisor queue number or does it bypass the queue? And when the supervisor button is pressed does it automatically put the customer on hold? And do calls ..say from a supervisor to agent, will it display the queue name like it does now on the m2616?
 
CS50 would work and check you MARP set. Post all yoru MCR sets.

So when the 2616 gets replaced with a 3905 set, the agent will no longer have to press their DN key and call the Supervisor queue. Now in pressing the supervisor key on the 3905, will the call be routed the same way, will it go through the supervisor queue?

is uses the assigned spv for that acd group..

yes our 05's puts that call on hold..cls aha

will it display the queue name like it does now on the m2616?

that one i can't test but since the display name is not part of the station type, it should

notes on the posted tn..
he's got an fdn set for an scr that by code should never forward.. he's got an lhk set that can't possibly work.. acd calls do not hunt and lhk will not hunt past a feature key.. why is there a trace key on the agent phone? you can get by with loops on a smaller group, with enough agents small things like that will ini a switch..
