Just thought I would let you guys know that I have recently found a way to program IVS, IPV2 & IPS from an IPhone and it would probably work for the 8300!

I should state in advance that I have nothing to do with the company that makes the product and I am in no way seeking to advertise a product!

The solution is "get Console" (a paid APP) coupled with 'Airconsole" the latter being an IP WIFI unit that can normally be connected directly to a Cisco router but with the use of a custom made adaptor can talk to the PABX. The beauty of this is that Matworx can also talk to this adaptor so you can use it as well to talk wirelessly to the PABX from your laptop! The Airconsole is available from the same company that sells the app and I will be pleased to discuss the custom connection if anyone is interested (I'm not sure other people's leads are the same as mine)

Just a note, there is a hard wired solution that the same company sells but I didn't want future connector changes to mean that I needed a new cable!
