programming a key help

Ok I am trying to change a key on one of my sets to be A06 and I keep getting the message sch0362

Which means: unable to match input field with stored mnemonics severity:info.

Can someone please tell me how to change this?

It is the same TN as the one where you gave me the answer of LHK 9

Which key are you trying to put it on? It may be one of those difficult keys that are required to be in a certain position with a certain version. Do you have a similar phone that it works on? If so, are you putting the Conference button on the same key?

try letter A, letter O, and 6 >> not the number "0".

also if your using a 3903 or 3904, it is predefine on key 18 (though im not sure)
