Programming 4400 series phones

Question of the day is: Client has several 4400 series phones on IP412 v4.2.4, how do you program which ring tones you want to select or can you? Have tried the directions with the phone EXT #00 etc. and it doesn't seem to work, has it ever on the IPO?

Nope. Not on IP Office. The instructions included with the phone were for Magix/Legend.
