Hi I have a system that did a programmed reboot because low resources. below is the log message just before the reboot, Is there any one that can give me more informarmation about this log message, or lead me to a guide line for the log messages. The system did a simular reboot the day before also.

system is 3300 Mxe
SW: 4.1 SP1

Log Type Software
Log Number 969
Severity Error
Date 2010/Nov/25
Time 01:56:20
Source SIPAUX_Service
Description SSP rejected AuxService request - failure code = eGeneralSDFStackError
Module Main
File Name and Line Number SIPAuxAdmin.cpp;1837

if the system did a programmed resource recovery reboot this would have been at a programmed time therefore it is unlikley that the events that caused the reboot would have happened just before the reboot.
Error looks like some osort of SIP service request error.
Was the reboot at the programmed time or not? this will lead in the correct direction. If at correct time, minor issues occured at some point previous. If reboot not at scheduled time a major service issue occured.

Hi the reboot was exacly at the programed time, I will look a bit more and thanks for the input :)

Our 3300's running 4.1 are showing an issue where they are 'consuming' memory, and either reboot at the resource reboot time, or just reboot as they've run out of ram.

Mitel are investigating, and our maintained is going to be running a mitel utility ('prowler') on it every hour throughout the day tomorrow so that design can get more details on what is causing it.

Seulor01, I'd recommend getting in touch with your maintainer, and getting them to escalate it to Mitel, as it's obviously a memory leak in 4.1
