Programing DCM50 ???

Can you program a BCM50 using a phone like the ICS MCIS?

Sure can. Element manager is easier to use in my opinion, but you can do virtually all programming via telset on the BCM 50.

When I try to get into Programing "FEATURE ** CODE + Password"

Before i can even try the password I get "ACCESS DENIED".

What type of phone are you using? 7316, 7310 or 7324 I hope?

Nortel does not recommand using a telephone to do programming.

It's in the docs - Nortel fully supports set based admin on the BCM 50. It'll be supported on BCM 4.0 as well.
