programing ACD members

when i display an ACD group and then add a member. then display groups again i only see the member i just added.
are the other members still in the group.and why don't they display?

Are you using an F9600?
I'm assuming you have an IntelliCenter as opposed to Basic ACD?

If so, are you adding the agent via the IC client as opposed to EMML ?

The ONLY thing you program using EMML is the pilot #.
Everything else is added via the AP.
