I'm trying to come up with a way to add a front end voice menu for calls coming in to our main number. We're on an option 61, MerMail 13, and a 2250 console. The problem I'm having is that this menu should only be available in "day" mode. There is another existing voice menu that is in effect when the attendant puts the console on "night" mode. The console is put also in "night" mode when the attendant steps away for breaks/lunches.
Is there a way to intercept calls going to the console in "day" mode and redirect them to a voice menu? the last prompt in the menu will be "...or remain on the line for the next available attendant."
