Hi.I am trying to find the number of active calls at a Route point(CSQ) for a callcenter application, but Cisco JTAPI does not provide complete implementation for javax.telephony.CallCenter package.
Does anyone know of how i can programatically get the number of active calls at a terminal in Cisco JTAPI?
Thanks in advance.

It would also hep if anyone knows a way to get the number of active calls from the Cisco dB tables.I know CDR does not enter information about active calls(GlobalCallIds for active calls do not appear in the CDR table).

Performance monitor will give you all this information.

ccmuser, could you give me more details about performance monitor.how to use it and what parameter would have calls in queue for a routing point.

ccmuser i am not exactly sure if you mean perfmon in windows administrative tools.i tried that earlier and the only thing i could come up with there was ActiveCalls and CallsInProgress for the CallManager object.I chceked all Cisco objects and couldn't find anything for CallsInQueue. Please let me know.

I think you can do this round about.. Qued calls will be bound to CTI port wich will have an extension.. and you can look at active calls on a per extenstion basis.
