I want an program that keeps a log of the IP address in/out of the computer. Does anything like this exist? I know of ZoneAlarm, but I don't want a program that actually blocks IPs, just keeps a passive log of them.

I also want an program that keeps a log of all pop/smtp emails in/out of the computer. Does anything like this exist? I found the program MailMonitor, but it doesn't seem to find everything....

you can install kiwi syslog its free but for the bells and whisltes you have to pay

In the past i used a program calles Active ports to monitor all port on my PC. I believe it also told the ipaddresses of the devices connected and applications

I often use PortBlocker (google it!)

Its free and is usually very good at keeping track of connections etc.
