I had noticed earlier today that there was a new file in my root direction (c:\) called Program.RPT. The icon suggests it's a file someway associated with ACT! which I had recently installed. I don't know the way ACT! works, I just needed it installed to grab some data out of a database file to convert & put into Postgres.
Anyways, the next time XP was rebooted, when everything loaded up, I had a message pop up saying that having a filename called Program.RPT in the root directory could cause other programs to not function & suggested to rename it to Program1.RPT. So curious & a bit worried, I ran a virus scan & came up with nothing.
Anyone know what the deal is with this might be? I never actively created this file, and I haven't used ACT! in a couple weeks, so I doubt it is that software that created the file.
