Program option 11 c for CDR 1

We need to program an Option 11 c to produce CDR data. Can anyone help me?

You must enable CDR at a minimum on System, Route and Customer levels Overlays/LD's 17, 16 14 and 15

The config varies though depending upon which data collection method you propose to use

LD 17 (FCDR Prompt New or Old Format)
LD 17 (Build an SDI port to output if serial)assign USER CTY
LD 15 (CDR YES and AXID YES if using DBA enable at BDI YES)
LD 16 (Enable on each RouteDataBlock CDR YES)
LD 14 (TrunkDataBlock 'AnswerSupervision' SUPN YES)

You will also need a seperate device (usually a stand alone PC with procomm or some sort of buffer for a CDR program) to capture the data, the PBX does not store this info.

telephone.

I would say if you're not looking up error messages or telling us when and where they are appearing, then you have to back up.

First, get a set of these manuals:

2nd that. Also, when you get an error, bug, schwartz, if not at > in no overlay hit bang (!) to get there, then err and said bug/sch/err IE

why or what you did in or connected to I/O ld 37, as Gene said, we have no idea...

That was not one of the steps provided by SL1M1. these messages are for PMS which you can not use unless you have hotel / motel package - nothing to do with CDR.

If you followed steps right, CDR will just show up on your TTY with CTY defined or if using DBA, OTM will retreive once DBA turned on.

If it's a case of the SDI/TTY Port configured is disabled then the commands you require are in 'LD 37'
