We are having a problem installing Citrix Program Neighborhood Version 9.230.on a pc. We had the previous version installed and wanted to upgrade. After installing and running the setup, the log-in window pops-up and I type in the username and password, then enter. The window disappears, but the application doesn't run. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but this did not help. Also, the client does not completely uninstall because when installing the new client the previous settings appear after the new install. I'm sure if we could completely uninstall the client, a fresh install might work. Any ideas on how to completely uninstall and clean the registry. Thanks
