Hi, I am trying to set up all our users to access our Citrix through the Program Neighborhood Agent method instead of the current published desktop.
On installing the Agent onto their machines, it asks for a URL name. WHat do i put here? I have read posts that you need to put the URL of the config.xml file in here. Is this something that i need to set up first?
our users access the site through and the server for example is called cx001.
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there.

Thanks for this, unfortunataley i still get the same error. Would i need to create a PNAgent site under the Access Suite Console? I am having troubles here as the create site option is not displayed. I am using Web Interface 4.0 and can not find the option in mycitrix.com to download to 4.2 so i can apply the patch that will give me this option

you create the pnagent site in the Access Suite Console, go to Suite Components\configuration tools\WebInterface, once you click on web interface in the left pane, you should see the option to create a site in the left column, select PNAGent site.

Hi thansk again for your reply.

The option does not appear when i select the Web Interface node.
I think the problem is down to this option not being available. I have got a warning that appears whenerver i run a discovery which reads:-
The configurations file(s) for this site could not be read.

If i install the Access suite console on say my desktop the option is there and no warnings, i did this as a test. but on my Citrix server this is not the case.
