At this moment I have limited information however, we are using Progression 7.6.3 MSSQL. My data entry person was entering the counts from our physical inventory when everthing froze up.(I am awaiting further clarification). I DID run a rebuild on the tag file but it did not have an impact. Any thoughts on what I might want to look at in the table itself or any othe direction to take?

Program froze while entering invent.count

more info - the user reported "When I go to enter tag counts and type in the batch number or select it from
the search screen, the batch appears to open but the cursor will not tab to
the count field and will not move by clicking with the mouse either.
