Program for BCMS

I have a question....if im programming a call center which is upgrading to a BCMS and i'm trying to turn EAS on. When i go to the 11th page in the ASA it states that the call center is set to EAS but it does not give me a choice to enable EAS. When i started programming the vectors it stated that EAS was set to NO. can you give me some tips on what i can do to turn it on?

Your hunt group. Did you build it as a skill based Hunt group?
Hunt type (EAS/MIA)

But that's just the thing i can't build it at all because EAS was never turned on once i checked the customer options, EAS was set to NO. If you know another way around that that will be helpful.
