How do I program a button on a 4412D+ for Service Observing?

...with WinSPM or on the phone itself and I think our system is a MAGIX v.2.2

Winspm only. But there is more than just putting a button on the phone to use service observing.

I know, the groups are configured and the observer extension is setup.

I just need to program a new button on the phone so the user can press it and then enter the extension to observe.

1. Go into cntr-prg. 2. F1 to program ext. 3. Enter ext#. 4. Select button. 5. list features and choose service observing. 6. exit.
