Progamming a Flex Button

I am trying to program a system (STS) wide flex button to forward all calls offsite. I tried using Flash 50, selecting all stations, then going to the program flex button and then entering BB,4,603,801,9000 with BB being the flex button.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have You tried doing the forward using just the dial codes not programming onto a button. It may be a feature that you can not put on a button.

NEW INFO:

In an update I have a "Field Reported Software Issues" dated Nov 2003 and it states

"Programming preset forward to system speed bin is not valid as stated in manual"

You may want to call Vodavi on this one. They may have an updated software.
