Profit and Loss statement

On my profit and loss statement my cost of goods sold are split into two sections on the report and are totaled under "total cost of goods sold" i.e.

Sales = xyz
COGS = abc
COGS = def
Total COGS = ghi
Net profit = xyz - ghi

Does anyone know how I can get all the cogs to appear in one section?

What version of MAS 90 are you using?

It sounds like you have 2 account breaks setup for COGS accounts. You need to go into GL setup and delete on of the account breaks.
