Profiles on Terminal Server

I have a terminal server that I would like all users to have the same desktop, programs, etc.

Is there an article for this anywhere?

I'm not sure about any articles, but when you perform your searches, search for "mandatory user profile". These are profiles used so certain users cannot change their profiles.
