The default profile named Profile1 appears to be destroyed.
I had made an automate procedure in login without giving a login name or password and now i cannot login to my W2k!

Any help please?

Are you on a domain?
Have you tried logging on locally to the machine as administrator??

No im trying to log on locally but the system is logging on automatically. After that i m getting a message every 30 secs saying that my default profile settings have a problem. So i m not having a log on screen.

try logging on in safe mode?? See if you can get in, from there create a new user and see if that gets you in,

boot to dos, copy a healthy profile from another W2K machine , over the old profile
