Production Shortage Report Help

I am trying to get our system to work properly. I am getting no help from uppers (money is tight), so i will try to get my answer here. This site has helped me before and hoping it will help again.

My question is: When I try to run production shortage report, I only get the item number to show up and nothing else. It is how many remaining on production order. It does not show the components that are short in BOM (and I know there are shortages). I am not sure how to get there items to show up. I did not set up (Macola 7.0) system. What do I need to do or set to get this report to work?

First, please confirm your version. I doubt very seriously you are on version 7.0 as this version was only sold for about 6 months back in '97 and is full of bugs. Do not look at any manuals you may have to determine the version, look at the software itself under help, progression information or help, about progression.
