I accidently tore the sticker from my oem XPhome case and lost the last 3 digits of the key. Does anyone have any idea how I can find out these numbers. I had to reformat the hard drive and now must re register it, however, without the last 3 digits this seems impossible.

Have you tried Activating it (if that is what you mean by registering?) over the phone with Microsoft. Just follow the prompts via the Activation screen.

If they do the Activation for you you can the download this program and make a written copy of the Product Key.

Makes it kind of hard to Belarc.
Also, he will not reach the Activation screen without having the CD Key to start the installation.

Calling PSS I think is the only option.

Thank you for the help. windows loaded and is working, however, I can not activate without the code and it says I have 18 days left to activate.
