Product Activation

Hello,

Trying to activate Act! 2008,but I get a message that "An Administrator level access is required to activate the product" I am using windows vista and I do have an administrator access in windows as well as ACT! database, its driving me crazy could anyone help?

Turn of Vista UAC... it prevents proper admin access
