Hi all. I am running CR XI with Windows XP. I am trying to pull a number of reports using the range option of the parameter field. The parameter is set for "Lab number" and if I select the range option, the dialog box will prompt me to enter a range of numbers. But, when I refresh the data, I only get the first number of the range ie only one report. I know this must be something simple, so simple in fact that it is not in my instruction book. Does anyone have any idea how I can get this to pull and display all reports in this range?

I think I've got it. I tried grouping on labnumber in a different way than I tried before, and it worked! It produced two separate pages with all the info. This report is composed of several different subreports and that complicated things when I tried this before.

I do have one more small question:

1. I have a formula placed in the report header that is:

Code:
If TotalPageCount >1 then
PageNofM

Is there a way to have each group account for its pages? That is, if report no. 2 runs to 2 pages instead of one, can I have this formula count pages for the first report and reset for the second?
