It depends on the type of copper your looking for.
Here's a few: (all listed as C Y M K %s)
27 49 59 4
25 51 52 3
19 54 72 3
Hope that helps. The top one is the CMKY version of a metallic PMS copper taht we use all the time in our printing shop.

CMYK as they decend in the picker which is also the standard arrangement if you look at the image modes in the top menu of Photoshop.

You can download preset "styles" from the Adobe Site for all types of metals including copper.
I have lots of them and use them for graphical interface design.
Plus, they are free and rated from other users.
Some of the Gold Styles are awsome.
