Hi guys, I am having an issue. Use Procomm to "dial into" our 11c. When we try to go transparent to port 1 or 2, we get a Transparent Access to Port 1 (or 2) is Locked Out.

The status shows 22 "errors" on port 1 and 0 on port 2.

How do I "unlock" these ports.

Suggestions?

Thank you!

Sounds like a problem with the SEB not with procomm.

Got ya, we did reset the SEB yesterday afternoon, apparently to no avail, I was just hoping to take care of it without calling maintenance support.

Thank you!

SEB error. Are you using a script with Procomm, and have you tried 22 times? Did the SEB password change, and you weren't told? Call your vendor and have them check it out too. Passwords should normally be changed semi-annually during maintenance periods. (or never...)

Easy fix by maintenance, a user had entered the wrong password and locked the SEB. Figured it had to be easy, just did not know how to correct.

Thank you for your help!
