Our Windows 95 Machine's HD died that was used for Phone Mail and EMML. And took with it the Procomm Plus keyboard map files and scripts.

Would someone let me know how I can get at least the keyboard map files?

Or a document on the mapping for a custom translation table? The Phone mail I can get away with VT-100 emulation.

The EMML looks like ANSI-BBS, 19200,N,8,1 Enq CIS+, but the function keys are a mess.

Also, since Symantec doesn't support Procomm anymore I can't find where I can buy new/used version compatible with Windows XP SP3 or Server 2003.

... Separate thought .. Is there a way to set up a VT-520 terminal to be a console for EMML?

Go inside the cabinet of your switch where they normally stash the system and database tape for it and see if there is a floppy disk in there that has the files on it. I use plain old procomm for windows with SP3 and have no problems.

You need the pansi3.kbd and the tvi910.kbd files from that disk.

Thank you for the excellent and fast answer.

Well ... no floppy with the files, only phone mail software and patch diskettes.

Can I download the files from somewhere or get them emailed?

I should have asked the engineer when he replaced our toasted 18G voicemail drive in May this year.

ok . . answering own question .. on another post for a different question (deactivating unix on a mod 30) it talked about using the tvi910.kbd file from the 9006 disks - we have 9006.4 diskettes in the cabinent.

and for bonus points,

is a ftp site that has those kbd files and much much more!

I would have just offered to send them to you - they're in the public domain, but I just got spanked for asking if anyone had a copy of the 3.0 version of the Composer/Observer disk I could get from somewhere. I didn't want to piss off God and get deleted over a couple of 3K keyboard maps for procomm!
