Hi,

Is it possible to Program/Control Procomm from VB, i.e.does it have an object Library I can interface with, such as that of Attachmate Extra.

Thanx in Advance

Steve.

The only way to control Procomm from another application is to use DDE (I have a couple examples on my website on how to do this, and there is some information in the help files) or to have another application manually select menu items in Procomm.

what exactly are you trying to do with procomm from VB?

Control from a VB application created by me. I wanted to know if it had an object library I could access, Attachmate Extra has an external object library which you can access and control it from any VB app. including VB for Excel, Word, Access etc. It dosent look like Procomm has such a .dll or tlb..
