Processes Questions

I just checked my processes under the Windows Task Manager and have noticed lots of weird ones. A couple of them I try to turn off but no luck. Any help here is the list of the ones I don't like and some deny the access.

CIDAEMON.EXE I see it twice
BRSVC01A.EXE
BRSS01A.EXE
avgemc.exe
WinCtlAdAlt.exe
WtoolsA.exe I see it twice
WLTRYSVC.EXE
WtollsS.exe
Wsup.exe
alg.exe
prvtect.exe
ati2evxx.exe

and many times the svchost.exe

Click on the embedded link via "EXE" in this paragraph from the above site -

This will provide you with a searchable list of processes and whether they are genuine or malware etc.
