Process to collect One-X Attendant log (Call/Pos-Busy/Hold etc)

Process to collect One-X Attendant log (Call/Pos-Busy/Hold etc).
CM version 8.0.xx
One-x attendant version 4.0 (SP13)

There are two one-x attendant consoles. 0 is defined as attd on dial plan analysis.
Customer has a complain that, console-1 is on ready mode to take calls and console-2 Pos-Busy state, guest-1 dialed to 0(zero) and console-1 has received the call and talking. Now guest-2 dialed to 0 (zero), the call has not found on queue/any where of console-1 and console-2,guest-2 has gotten ring-back tone. But call of guest-2 found in the miss-call list of console-2.

Is it possible?
To proof it, how can i collect One-X Attendant activity log (Call/Pos-Busy/Hold etc) to find the status of console-2 at the time of miss-call?
