I'm looking for a way to see the processes activity and cpu/io percentage they're taking, kind of a task manager with the percentage and all. I'm using sql 7.0 and a dual processor board.
The purpose of this is to identify bottleneck processes within sql when I see my server's disk drives working continuously.
Is it in the MMC or is there some third party software that does it? I've already looked at the process info section of the MMC but can't find anything relevant...

You have to use the performance monitor that comes with Windows NT, and Windows 2000. The server that has SQL server installed on it automatically adds new counters specifically geared towards SQL Server.

Will it be able to tell me which SPID is taking all the juice?
