Probs with counters

Hi

I'm having trouble getting the included counters to work on my website. I can see the counter but it won't count visitors and just sits at 1 even though i reload the site. Any ideas?

I'm using FP 2002 and publish the site on a server running Win XP. The server extensions are installed on the server.

Clear your cache and cookies. Close the browser then open a fresh one and visit the site. You are most likely getting a cached version of the site and not a fresh load. You can also hit CTRL + F5 to force a new page refresh

I encounterd the same problem! Put it down to my ISP not supporting the hit counters from FP.
My solution was

Are you also sure that the hits its counting are not unique hits?? i.e. if you come from the same IP it doesnt count it, i know some do this!
