I have a user that says they are sending emails to a person but the person is not receiving them. Is there a way I can track this to ensure the emails did leave the excahnge server?
you can watch your que in ESM right after you have the user send a test message. If your user isn't getting back an undeliverable email message it might be going into the junk email folder on the other side?
There's also the message Tracking center in ESM. It won't verify that the remote party got the email, but will let you know if there was a problem internally.
