Problems with windows 98 running outlook 2000

Recently we have upgraded from 2000 exchange server to 2003 but we are finding problems with machines running windows 98 with outlook 2000 installed.

The problem is when a user opens outlook it just freazers, or you can open a mail then freazers.
We do intend to install XP but this will take time can some one help in the meen time.

How many people are affected? Do you have ANY Windows 98 clients with Outlook 2000 installed that DO work? Have you tried recreating the Outlook profile (this usually works)? Try installing Outlook 2002 or 2003, same problem?
