Problems with the PPM

Hi, I’m working with MD110 BC 10, and DNA software. I generated some measurements using the Performance Data Manager, when I try to generate the inform using the Presentation Performance Manager nothing appears in the graphic, instead I can see the data connecting to the PBX via telnet and I can print it. But the PPM application doesn’t show me nothing.

Could you help me?

Need I Microsoft Excel installed on the DNA server?

No, it is not necessary. Check PDM-Application-Update Primary Database. Is there all correct?
 
Yes, I check it and it is "Up-to-date".

Sorry, i can't answer you, but i've got nevertheless a question. Do you trust the PPM ? With my experience since approx. 1 1/2, i've discover that the results aren't correct. There are many, many errors in the PPM.

Even Damovo aren't capable to give me some acceptable responses. They don't know why it doesn't work correctly.

Have you tried to compare the data given by TRREP:MENO=....
to the data in PPM ? (for the same measurment of course)
