Problems with Quarantine

Hi

I am having some problems with my Symantec Center Console.
When a virus try to infect a computer, appears the screen to the user saying that que virus was to a quarantine, but when i access the quarantine server in the console, the files are with old dates and the symantec center console is not refreshing and the file not appear in the console.

help me, please

i have the same problem!!!!

The viruses are getting caught, and in the event viewer it says they've been moved to quaratine - but when i goto quarantine it says 0 (zero) items.

If however i goto "c:\program files\symantec\quaratine\" the files are in there with a .q file extension (the time and date stamps also match up with the event log

There must be a solution to this....
