I have installed the POP3 Server service with Windows 2003 Server 2003 Standard edition, have opened ports in firewall but it can send just not recieve. Any ideas?

Has your ISP repointed your mail to your server?
Are you using a domain name?
If so use exchange and have your isp point the mx record to IP of the server. Note: This can take upto 48 hours to update
throughout the internet.
