Problems with NT4 Version Control Agnets

Hi all

We have just started an Insight Manager 7 installation on our Servers. The problems is that I can't install any agents on my NT4 Servers. They have SP6 installed . The file I'm using is CP003049.exe and the agent has the version number 1.0.2345.

Does anyone have a clue what I can do to continue my installation on NT4 Servers?

There is no problem with my W2K servers.

I ran into that problem also. We use Proliant servers w/ NT4 & SP6 and this is the version that worked for me. (cp002598.exe)

Thanks for your help. I didn't know until you answer that i Needed 2 different clients. I can now install on all my servers. Just i found a newer version. But it doesn't really matter. It can always be updated.
