Hi team,
Am having problems calling Cisco IP phones from md110 tsw7, Below are my config on MD110.
The route 40 connects to several (6) BP250 and they work fine.
Am separating several trunks (1-1&&1-8) to connect to Cisco call Manager and am experiencing below problems
1. There is no ring tone from md110 to cisco,a call appears on cisco phone but a caller cannot hear the ring.
2. Both the caller and the receiver cannot communicate (they can’t hear each other) when a call is received.
3. Calls from cisco to md110 are successful
My extensions ranges are 4 digits.
Kindly guide me on where I could be going wrong.

Sig D7 set to 1 may sort your ring tone problem. You may need to look in to quick connect option for the speech path problem.

Hi Jinjin,
Have tried several times to changed that value, but all in vain, what do you mean by quick connect option?

i sorted this issue by upgrading the IPLU firmware to: works like charm.

Hi,
I managed to pull up the trunk.
but I have not had much luck because the system has started to give me hundreds of errors on the program units of iplu.

The configuration that you wrote is ok
remember one important thing:
Packet Frame length is 30 ms of default and can not be changed.
checks at the cisco is least 30 ms
