problems with manual record

We are having problems with a manual record button on a ip 500 ver 5.08 when you press the button when you are on a call it plays please enter your accsess code message. We have deleated the mailbox and checked the source code but cant get it to work

try upgrading to latest v5 and respective v/mail pro, and see what happens...

Indeed, never seen this before, someone hasn't been playing with prompts have they? If not upgrade it is I guess, unless you fancy running a debugview/monitor trace and look for anything odd in there

found out what it was customer had been buggering about and had created a start poing called recording that didnt go anywhere
