Problems with IE

I am restricted to IE only at work.

I recently got a new PC loaded with XP. Things seem to work okay the first week, but now are getting progressively worst. When I use google and select a link from the search result, I am fgetting the following error: Error: user-defined.blank_webads:

I was able to remove the redirect codes and get to the website I wanted but now that technique is no longer working. I am starting to experience the same results with other links from other sites.

I ran (updated) Ad-aware and HijackThis but the only thing found was alwzrd.exe.

Start by getting the Microsoft Antispyware Beta:

http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx

Run it and clean up the pc (disabling system restore first). Afterwards, enable the real time protection functionality.
