Hello. I know there are known issues with HP drivers, escpecially PCL 6. I installed this driver but when the client logs on, Citrix maps the Universal PCL 4 driver instead. I tried forcing the mapping, then the client got garbled print output.
there are other HP laserjets on the system that map with no problem
I read the printing FAQ on here but it did not help much.
Any ideas? had anyone had this issue before?
