Problems with booting a 3300

Got a 3300 (Think it's on 8.0.8.8) booting but can't ping it. Below is a capture of what happens on boot up. Any help much appreciated.

Looks like a normal boot process. Is the PC you're trying to ping the controller from on the same subnet? Set the PC up with a static IP address on the same subnet, and connect directly to the Ethernet port on the front of the controller.
 
Subnet looks odd unless you intentionally want 1022 hosts.
