Problems with agents calling supervisors (SYMPOSIUM)

The ACD agents can't call the Supervisor, and they have programmed the SPID option and all, and they all used to work, and suddendly the all stop working,

Help Me, any suggestions ??

and did all the agents stop working at the same time? and what happens when the agent ties the call?

The Agents are acquired...

The didn't stop working, and when the Agent tries calling the supervisor it doesn't work, it doesn't do anything.
