Problems with 9620's

Not sure if anyone else has had issues with 96xx phones coming up but there is an issue documented by avaya with them. I have had this only show up with 9620's. they dont seem to boot right. If you alter the 96xxupgrade.txt file it fixes it. it has only happened on Cisco switches for me.
