I am trying to upgrade my NT 4.0 clients from 6.0.2 to 6.1.1 and am having problems. I keep getting the message "Network resource is unavailable...Please select path to Networker.msi" When I do this it does not recognize this as the correct path to the installer. I have tried doing a partial uninstall but did not fare any better. Does anyone have any insight into known problems with this version upgrade and how to fix them? Thanks

Hi,
I met this issue if the setup.exe is on a shared drive, is it your case !?
Can you try to upgrade with the setup.exe located on a local disk and not on a shared one ?

Hope useful !!

Hi,
I have experienced this problem;
it can be resolved introducing the networker.msi file for the version you want to upgrade. In your case, you must introduce CD-ROM containing NetWorker.msi file for 6.0.2 version.

I hope this can solve your problem
Regards............
