Problems When Installing Norton AntiVirus

Hello;;
I'd Like to Install Norton Antivirus corporate edition on a server running windows 2k server... The Setup always abort at its beginning with the following error msg.
The Temp folder is full or U don't have access to it... Set up failed....

The Temp is free and i've access to it...

Please Advise.
