Problems use the Blackvoib sip client on my blackberry9700

Hi everybody


Look I already charge the Blackvoib sip client on my blackberry I cant make calls to extension of the mitel 3300 CXi who are in mi office but the extension took the call but they can´t hear me and i can´t here them , and If they tried to call my extension on the blackberry using the Blackvoib the call dosen´t ring on the cell and in the 5302 ip tehelone stay in black and don´t do anything.


Can anyone can tell me what should i program on the mitel or the aplication to funtion properly y really apriciate your help thanks

How did you install Blackvoib on your Blackberry? Give us a clue..

well i looked at the page Blackvoip via wifi from my blackberry and I charge the software who says Click here to install BlackVoib OTA .

and the aplication puts in mi blackberry and after that a put the extension number sip and the inthe domain i put the ip address of the 3300 Cxi and the extension sip charges well , but the problem is that I don´t have audio whe i call someone o if some one calls me the call can´t be done. stay frozen .
